R3GOLA WORKS Payhip Product Licence v1.1

1. Supplier and scope

This licence is offered directly by André Maritz, sole proprietor trading as R3GOLA WORKS. It applies only to the exact R3GOLA WORKS product(s) purchased and identified in Schedule A. R3GOLA WORKS is a trading name, not an incorporated company.

2. Licence grant

For this product, the supplier grants the purchasing business a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied materials in its own internal business operations. The licence covers the purchasing business as one legal business entity at the locations it operates. It does not automatically extend to affiliates, franchisees, clients, consultants acting for other businesses, or any separate legal entity.

3. Permitted internal use

The purchasing business may edit, complete and customise the supplied documents; print or reproduce reasonable copies for internal use by personnel who need access; complete and retain records created in its operations; and store working copies in its internal document or recordkeeping systems. The product-specific scope in Schedule A also applies. The purchasing business may share completed records and relevant customised working documents with regulators, auditors, professional advisers, consultants, customers and service providers acting for, or legitimately dealing with, it, only as reasonably necessary for inspections, audits, regulatory duties, customer assurance, professional advice or its operations. Applicable confidentiality, privacy and statutory obligations remain in force. Recipients gain no independent licence to reproduce, resell, adapt, distribute or reuse blank templates for another business or multiple consultancy clients.

4. Intellectual property

Purchase does not transfer ownership of copyright or other intellectual-property rights in original templates, wording, layout, product structure, branding or source materials. The supplier grants only permissions in material it owns or is authorised to license. Any identified third-party material remains subject to its own rights and terms. The purchaser retains its own business information and completed records. No other person receives an independent licence to use the blank templates.

5. Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted in section 3 or by law, the purchaser must not resell, sublicense, lease, rent, publish, distribute or commercially redistribute the original blank source files, any substantial part, or the toolkit as a template set; provide blank templates to another business for independent use; upload original blank files to public websites, marketplaces, file-sharing services or public repositories; use the original materials to create or sell a competing product; remove ownership or licence notices; or transfer this licence to another business or unrelated legal entity. This does not prevent sharing expressly permitted in section 3 or disclosures required by law, and grants no recipient an independent licence to reuse blank templates. Mandatory rights are unaffected.

6. No compliance guarantee

These documents are practical food-safety resources. They are not legal advice, certification, accreditation, regulatory approval or a guarantee of compliance or audit success. The purchaser decides what applies, customises documents, implements controls and meets requirements relevant to its operation.

7. Relationship to Payhip and business policies

This supplier licence is offered by André Maritz, sole proprietor trading as R3GOLA WORKS. It does not amend, waive or claim priority over Payhip’s Terms of Use or End User Licence; their interaction with these permissions remains a disclosed contractual risk. Each purchasing business is responsible for meeting the privacy and confidentiality duties that apply to personal information and completed records it creates, receives or holds in its operations using these products. The R3GOLA WORKS Privacy Policy applies to personal information R3GOLA WORKS itself processes; it does not govern records separately created and maintained within the purchasing business’s operations. 8. Version, effective date and earlier purchases

This licence is version 1.1 and applies to purchases made on or after 3 November 2026. Purchases before that date remain subject to their purchase terms and applicable law. Preserve each dated licence version and any checkout-response evidence.

Schedule A — product-specific permission

Only the entry for each product purchased applies. This licence does not grant rights to products not purchased.
